In-Stock Inventory orders can be cancelled at any time before the order is mailed or before in-person delivery date. In-Stock Inventory orders can also be cancelled and returned within 7 days of delivery, however you, the buyer, are responsible for shipping charges and items returned must be tracked.  Custom orders, unfortunately, can not be canceled or refunded unless damaged during shipping or faulty (see below).
We are unable to offer cancellations or returns for custom orders (exception if the item is faulty). Please take care when choosing custom components.

We have yet to have an item arrive damaged but we know that there is still a risk with delivery. If this occurs, please make contact via our contact form or email us directly with a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to provide an exchange (if possible) or refund once the original item is returned for inspection. In this case, if the item is deemed damaged due to delivery/shipping upon receipt then you will be reimbursed for shipping costs up to the standard shipping cost.  Items being returned must be tracked.

All of our products are made with the same attention as if we were making them for ourselves, however, despite our best intentions things can have flaws that render a product faulty. If this happens, simply send an email with a photo of the item and description within 7 days of receipt.  We try to make things just as we show them but due to the nature of handmade items, the look or size of our products can vary.  Cosmetic differences do not constitute a faulty item.
In the case of faulty products, we will provide a refund once the original item is returned for inspection. Upon inspection, if the item is deemed faulty upon receipt then you will also be reimbursed for standard shipping costs with a copy of shipment receipt/billing, please do not overnight items to us - reimbursement applies to standard shipping costs only. Items being returned must be tracked.
